A Distinguished Legal Figure
Our law firm was founded by Prof. Dr. Yusril Ihza Mahendra, S.H., M.Sc., a distinguished Professor of Constitutional Law at Universitas Indonesia. He has held key government positions, including Minister of State Secretary, Minister of Law and Legislation, and Minister of Justice, as well as Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and Defense. In 2019 and 2024, he led legal teams in Indonesia’s Presidential Election Disputes before the Constitutional Court. Currently, he serves as Coordinating Minister for Law, Human Rights, Immigration, and Corrections in the 2024–2029 Merah Putih Cabinet under President Prabowo Subianto.
